Acne Free In 3 Days Enema

When I was a little girl, I spent a lot of time on how to control the acne. The acne was scattered not only on my face, but also my shoulders and back. Though I tried my best to cover the acne by various types of Creamy Concealer, the results are few. When my situation seemed hopeless, a friend of mine recommended Acne Free in 3 Days , who gave high praise of it and persuaded me to have a try. With the feeling of half believing, I decided to follow the Acne Free in 3 Days as soon as possible.

At the very beginning of the treatment, I was surprised by eating nothing but apples for 3 whole days. For people who loved delicious food like me, it was not easy to do that. But the pectin in the apples has the effects of taking toxins away from the colon. Without these toxins, the acne could not act as a tyrant.

In three days, I felt weak and powerless because only a small calorie can be intaken. But I told myself repeatedly: one more day of doing what I needed.

On the 3rd day, I found my skin become smooth and glossy. The acne on my face almost disappeared and cleared up. I could not help but laughing wild, and I was too impatient to wait sharing the good news to my family and friends.

In the following days, I was delighted at the results of presenting a clear and ruddy face to the people around me. The feeling of enjoying acne free skin was wonderful and splendid.

In order to maintain this situation, I needed to bear apple meals at least twice every month (it also depended on your own situation). I believed I can defeat the acne with the help of Acne Free in 3 days.

WARNING Don’t Take Antioxidants

WARNING Don’t Take Antioxidants

Did You Know…

…that taking high doses of antioxidant supplements — such as beta carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and selenium — does not reduce the risk of acquiring diseases, but has also been shown to be poisonous to the human body and may even increase the risk of death?

As long ago as the 1950s, antioxidants became known as miracle supplements because they “reportedly” promoted good health and prevented a host of diseases, including cancer

and age-related diseases.  According to some estimates, approximately 50% of the adult population in the U.S. take antioxidants on a daily basis for this reason.

Here’s a wake-up call:  Every long-term study involving antioxidant supplementation provides proof that people get sicker — not healthier — when they take antioxidants.  In fact,

beta carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin E, taken individually or in combination with other antioxidant supplements, are associated with increased all-cause mortality. [Source:  The

Journal of the American Medical Association - based on 68 randomized trials with 232,606 participants (385 publications).]

In case you were wondering … this information is not just another propaganda employed by the medical and pharmaceutical industries to prevent people from using natural

therapies, or to deceive people into thinking that drugs are the only solution to disease.

Over the last several decades, supplement manufacturers (and even health practitioners) have urged people to take large amounts of antioxidants such as Vitamin C and Vitamin

E because scientists had observed that people whose diets were rich in fruits and vegetables had a lower incidence of heart disease, diabetes, dementia, stroke and certain types of

cancer.  They formed the hypothesis that since fruits and vegetables are a rich source of antioxidants (which neutralize free radicals in the body), then taking antioxidant

supplements would have the same effect.

That hypothesis has been proven wrong.  Here’s why:    http://scrnch.me/82ya4

Fruits and vegetables produce antioxidants for good reason — that is, to protect themselves from oxidative stress.  Without antioxidants, oxygen destroys food by combining with

elements and burning them up — hence, vitamin destruction in food (or decay) occurs.

However, dietary antioxidants have virtually no nutritional benefit to the human body.  Antioxidants such as ascorbic acid and tocopherols, for instance, are not essential nutrients

– and as such, they should not even be called vitamins at all.

While antioxidants serve their purpose WITHIN a fruit or vegetable, in the human body, they only disrupt normal oxidative reactions in the cell.  This is why they are dangerous

to consume (except in the minute amounts ingested from food).

In summary, if you want to stave off disease and premature aging, there is no substitute to eating fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants instead of taking antioxidant

supplements.     http://scrnch.me/82ya4

Acne No More Book Review

Bothered endlessly by the acne? I wonder if I should admire you or you should admire me-in my age the acne comes no more, but my youth also comes no more.

Anyway the acne is really troublesome, right? Once, my 16-year-old daughter was always spending a few minutes before mirror and complaining about it, and my hard-earned salary was constantly flowing into the doctor’s pocket due to it. Both of them drive me mad.

The nightmare finally will be finished by a product-Acne No More. It’s really out of our expectation that it’s an e-book instead of a medicine or a cleansing milk or a set of tools used to remove acne. The author is Mike Walden, a nutritionist. His idea is not only focus on the acne, but a general adjustment to the inner body environment. He believes that when the inner environment reaches harmony, the acne will disappear naturally. The book mainly includes what is acne and why it comes, how to cure it and some other helpful topics such as internal body cleansing, appropriate diet, food we should try to avoid and we can eat, keeping a natural hormonal balance, and so on. My daughter and I sometimes throw ourselves into sofa, reading together and discussing. Most of time I take it with me and read when I take subway. A detailed summary of Acne No More shows five treatment programs. A mini program for mild acne is my daughters favorite -after all she is a young girl without too much patience to read all. Other topics covered are how to alleviate stress, sleep improvement, exercise and skin care. This is a step by step program, not a once and away one. We have overcomed our laziness, casual desires to the rich food and have been reminding each other of following its instructions. Recently the acne becomes faded. Our fight with acne likes a seesaw battle, fortunately we almost win.

I like Acne No More not only because it cures my daughter’s acne, saves my money, but also because it gives us many useful tips for our health. The idea I appreciate most in this book is that food affects our health. Everybody knows the truth that curing disease with food is more delicious and cheaper than the medicine.

I do hope more and more acne sufferers or other people without acne to own this book and benefit from it. Download
